Chamomile tea enhances mood. The flavonoids in this tea help increase mood boosting neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. This helps reduce sadness or feelings of guilt.
Green tea burns fat. EGCG, a potent subject found in green tea is found to inhibit fat absorption and boost the body’s metabolism.
Peppermint tea eases stomach issues. It is found that peppermint oil can help with an upset stomach, bloating, and cramps. The peppermint is shown to relax the muscles and release the pressure along the GI tract.
