Spring break diet – 2 week warning

Hey Spring Breakers!  We have officially hit the 2 week warning for getting into bikini body shape.  If you’ve been slacking or went a little crazy on Fat Tuesday you can still make up for lost time.

Pinterest is full of 2 week cleanses and work outs to fit your lifestyle so that is always a good place to start.  The two diet plans below give general eating guidelines for staying healthy and a 2 week plan with specific meals for each day.  Beyond these guidelines be sure to drink plenty of water and get a good night sleep to keep your metabolism up to speed.
