I came back to campus, like most kids, very full from mom’s fully stocked fridge and amazing Thanksgiving foods. But I think its time to get pumped up again and maintain a healthy schedule for finals. What this means is getting enough sleep, and working out to keep my energy up and blood pumping to stay focused.
WE CAN DO IT
My suggestion is that three times this week you work in a 30 minute interval cardio training routine on the treadmill, something that encompasses changing inclines and varying speeds.
There are tons of really good interval training treadmill workouts on Pinterest that you can look into but bellow is one that I really like to do.
