It has been almost four years ago since New York Times best selling book Me Before You by Jojo Moyes was released. It captivated a wide audience of both young and old adults with it’s unforeseen love story about corky, sweet Louisa Clark has never been outside her neighborhood, and the man she begins working for; Will Traynor, a wealthy, paraplegic man who traveled the world before his accident. The more invested you become in Will and Louisa’s relationship, the harder it is to put down. Me Before You leaves you with multiple empty tissue boxes, but also an appetite to start living a life you want.
The first trailer was only released a couple weeks ago, and butterflies are forming in my stomach with anticipation. Featuring Sam Claflin (The Hunger Games) playing Will Traynor and Emilia Clarke (Game Of Thrones) playing Louisa Clark, Me Before You isn’t like most movies which get the books wrong. From the short clips given they already have my favorite moments just how I imagined.
Movie is out June 3 2016, hopefully they don’t disappoint.
