Wow thats a long name…
Sheet masks have become all the rage, but to me there is nothing better than a good clay mask to really deep cleanse your skin. I had been using generic clay masks for some time and then I purchased the Glamglow Deep Cleansing mask. I LOVED it! But $70 is a hefty price tag for 1.2 oz. The added benefits of this mask are things like spot treating, as well as seeing the gross but still cool little dark spots that show the dirt being pulled out of your pores. At this point, I was running low on GlamGlow and looking for a cheaper alternative. I had been hearing about the Aztec Indian Healing Clay for a while. First mentioned by my personal favorite makeup icon KathleenLights on her YouTube channel, I decided to look into it. At $12.49 for 1 lb on Amazon, you certainly get your money’s worth. To use the mask you mix equal parts apple cider vinegar with the powder mask and then apply and let dry. It feels really weird at first. It’s one of those masks that dries to the point where your face feels like dried up Spongebob.
But it’s not so uncomfortable that you have to take it off. After about 20 minutes, you rinse the mask off and TADA! This mask cleans out even the toughest pores, which are usually the ones on the bridge of the nose. In my opinion, if you want a lot of bang for your buck and clean skin, too, there is no better mask than the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing Mask.
