Fun fact: avocado is not a vegetable, it’s a fruit! Its green color and savory taste make it seem like a hardy green vegetable, but it is indeed a single seeded fruit. On the other hand, avocado makes great guacamole, which is my favorite snack. Not only does avocado taste great on toast, but it can help enhance your beauty. Here are some benefits that avocados provide:
