Denim jackets were all the rage this fall and will continue to be as one perfect piece carries us into winter. When the temps began to drop, the fashion world exploded with endless variations of the classic jean jacket. We saw the addition of prints, patches, and unique fabrics. While perusing the blog of one of my favorite fashionistas, I laid eyes on the Sherpa Jacket. A structured, medium wash denim jacket with a fuzzy fur collar (cue the heart eye emojis).
After I tracked it down and tried it on, I fell even more in love. The inside of the coat is lined with the same fur as the collar, adding a blissful extra layer of warmth. Since purchasing the jacket a few weeks ago, I’ve had a hard time taking it off. I’ve paired it with everything from feminine dresses to patterned leggings to destroyed black jeans. The neutral colors and traditional structure allows for endless creativity. Vintage, edgy, funky, eclectic… create your own destiny!
But honestly, the biggest benefit of the Sherpa Jacket is how wonderfully warm it is. There couldn’t be a better piece for staying stylish into the time of the year where all you want to (if you can’t hibernate under a pile of blankets) is bundle up in something cozy. The Sherpa Jacket is a staple for falling into winter.
