5 Beauty Must-Haves for Your Christmas List

By Hannah Blaze

A few weeks ago, I wrote an article about my Top 5 Makeup Must-Haves for your Christmas list and figured, why not do a beauty version this week? There are countless beauty products out there that would make the perfect addition to any Christmas list, but here are my top 5!

1. St. Tropez Tanning Essentials St.Tropez x Lilly Pulitzer The Ultimate Escape Kit—$48

St. Tropez fake tanner + Lilly Pulitzer combined into one? Yes, please!!! Winter is always the best time to get your fake tan on, and St. Tropez is constantly being raved about as one of the best fake tanners out there. This special kit comes with an absolutely adorable Lilly Pulitzer travel bag that I think any true Miami girl would be super excited about getting!

2. GLAMGLOW SUPERMUD Clearing Treatment—$69

This is another product that I have heard so many amazing reviews about, but have yet to try due to the price (which is why it’s the perfect thing to ask for for Christmas!). This mask is supposed to target so many skin problems that the everyday person has, including: blemishes, redness, scars, razor bumps, and ingrown hairs. Although it’s definitely on the pricier side, this mask seems well worth the investment!

3. Ipsy Glam Bag—$10 per Month or $110 per Year

I absolutely love the idea of asking for glam bags for Christmas because it’s a gift that keeps giving all year long! If you don’t know what it is or how it works, you basically get a bag full of makeup and beauty products (in both sample and full sizes) every month for only $10 each. It’s an amazing way to try a bunch of new products without breaking the bank or potentially wasting your money on a product you decide you don’t like. It’s a subscription based service, and the bags are sent directly to your house with free shipping!

4. Revel Nail Dip Powder Starter Kit—$50.00

Dip Powder Nails is one of the most up-and-coming beauty trends that I predict is going to skyrocket. The Dip Powder technique is basically a much simpler, more user-friendly way to achieve gel/acrylic like nails, and is literally as easy as painting on a coat of clear polish and dipping your finger into a special powder. Although $50 is quite pricey, think about how many trips to the nail salon you would be saving yourself!

5. Bed Head Oh-Bee-Hive Dry Shampoo—$12.50

Although it’s nothing too fancy, this is one product that all of my friends and I are OBSESSED with. All of us have fallen in love with it and think this is one of the greatest dry shampoos that we have found. It smells amazing and does such a great job of absorbing oil while giving volume to your hair! This is definitely a must-have on your list.

Hopefully this was of help to anyone out there still struggling over what to ask for for Christmas. Hoping everyone has a wonderful winter break!
