Yes, it cost $2.99 a month- but I’m a huge fan of hers. What she talks about are the benefits of green tea over coffee. Green tea and matcha (finely crushed green tea leaves) are known for being extremely good for you.

1. Green Tea is Hydrating

Green tea is low in calories and tends to be just a tea bag and water. While you are sipping a flavorful cup of tea you a are actually hydrating your body. When you are more hydrated your skin glows and your hair starts to look healthier.

2. Green Tea Reduces Cancer

Green Tea has a ton of antioxidants in it. It has been shown to reduce cancer. It has anti-inflammatory properties that are to prevent everything.

3. Green Tea keeps you going

While the belief is tea has less caffeine than coffee, this isn’t necessarily true. Green tea has the same amount of caffeine because both are stimulants. Coffee has a bigger depressing effect than green tea- this means coffee will give you a big rush of caffeine that doesn’t last very long. If you are looking for something that will last you through the work day, tea is the best choice.

4. Green Tea is good for your teeth

It is when compared to coffee. When compared to coffee it’s a lot healthier for your teeth. Coffee can leave a discoloration on the teeth but tea shouldn’t change a thing.

5. Green Tea helps reduce stress

This is as big one. Green tea has been found to work as an anti-depressant. If you’re feeling low, make a cup of green tea to boost your mood.

Just remember- green tea is the way to go.
