Styling My Favorite Fall Booties

By Hannah Blaze

Nothing screams fall like the perfect pair of booties. They’re the ideal shoe style for staying on trend both day and night. Lately, my favorite booties have been a cheetah print pair that I snagged from Charlotte Russe during one of their $20 shoe sales! Not only are they super fun and trendy, but they’re also incredibly comfortable, allowing me to dance my night away without feeling an ounce of foot pain.

Clearly, this is not the perfect pair of shoes to show up to your 8 A.M. in, but they can add so much flair to your going-out clothes. I’m the type of gal who likes to keep my outfits relatively simple in color scheme- usually sticking to blacks, whites, and grays, and then adding some sort of ‘pop’ to the look (this is where the booties come into play.)

For this outfit, I stuck to a black and white theme. I paired this black and white oversized graphic T-shirt from Zara with a black, faux leather skirt that I got from H&M. I added my favorite over-the-shoulder bag and finished the look off with my cheetah-print booties to add that extra pizzazz it needed.

This is the perfect look for your next night out, and for those colder nights that are right around the corner, don’t be afraid to add your favorite leather or jean jacket to the ensemble.

If you want a more wearable, everyday style of booties, I definitely recommend this black faux-leather pair from H&M. They have a faux-fur lining inside which is perfect for keeping warm on those chilly fall mornings. Style them with your favorite pair of distressed denim and an oversized sweater for an effortlessly flawless look.

Whether they’re for heading to class or going uptown, booties are my favorite fall staple. If you don’t have any already, make sure to get a pair before the fall weather really begins to settle in! I can guarantee they will be your go-to shoe of the season.
